Terms and conditions

These are the terms and conditions of the agreement which apply to all purchases of products from Sunrise massage therapy health store
We reserve the right to change or update the terms at any time, therefore please ensure you have the latest version and that you have read it carefully.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
At the time of publication on our website and in our catalogue, all product descriptions are believed accurate; errors and omissions accepted.

You can place an order:

– In person –by appointment in the studio Unit 6, Portmarnock Town Center, Portmarnock, Co. Dublin

If you submit an order through shop online you will need to complete a registration form first.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
For orders which are placed through the shop online, an order acknowledgement will be automatically generated by the system. In all other cases you will get a confirmation of your order by e-mail within 2-3 days from point of order.
Your order will be accepted once payment has been made in full.
Payment must be cleared on Sunrise health shop account before the order can be placed with supplier.

DELIVERY
All of our products can be ordered for delivery to an address of your choice within the Republic of Ireland. If we cannot deliver the items to you at the address you have specified for any reason we can store the products at your risk. If you require us to redeliver, a delivery charge will apply, alternatively you can arrange collection of the goods with no additional fee. Delivery time: 4 – 6 weeks, this depends on the availability and production cycle of each product.Any time or date for delivery named by theSeller is an estimate only and the Seller shall not accept liability for any loss or damage or any consequential loss arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery however caused. We will keep you informed of the progress of the order all the time and advise you of expected delivery time. If we are unable to fulfil your order within the normal delivery time, we will contact you as soon as this is known and offer you the option to withdraw your order or to offer you an alternative product.

PRICE
Prices will only be guaranteed at the point of purchase and will be confirmed to you.
All prices are reflected in Euro and include VAT at the appropriate rate.
We reserve a right to change prices and specification without notice. Prices quoted on confirmation of your order will be honoured.

PAYMENT
Payments can be made by:
– cash
– bank transfer
– Paypal

Full payment must be made on all sale items at the time of purchase. All goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received. Funds need to be cleared before the goods will be ordered. After payment we cannot make any changes to your order.
Invoice will be provided with or after delivery.

REFUNDS
If the products are not available after your order has been accepted and there are no alternative products of interest to you, a refund of the full amount paid will be issued.
Refunds will be in the same currency and will be made through the original method of payment.
Refunds will only be given for goods which are damaged in transport. We do not issue refunds for any other circumstances.
Please check the products upon delivery and ensure that the condition of the goods are as purchased.
Once the delivery document is signed it is taken as an agreement of acceptance of the quality of the goods and refunds won’t be acceptable thereafter in any cases.

Cancelation and returns

Cancelling your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to Sunrise Massage therapy, unit 6, Portmarnock Town Center, Portmrnock, Co. Dublin. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected. Sunrise health shop will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the Goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; if we do not deliver to your area; or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
SAFEETY AND QUALITY
Sunrise health shop warrants that the goods supplied are of satisfactory quality reasonably fit for all the purposes for which these goods are normally supplied.

Sunrise health shop does not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise as a result of the use or the purchase of goods from this website or from reliance on information contained on this website or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
FORCE MAJEURE
The performance of all orders is subject to variation or cancellation by the Seller owing to any act of God, strikes, war, Governmental regulations or orders, emergencies, fire, flood, drought, tempest or any other cause beyond the control of the Seller or owing to any inability by the Seller to obtain products required for the performance of the contract and the Seller shall not be held responsible for any inability to deliver caused by any such contingency.

GOVERING LAW
The law of Ireland shall govern the validity construction and performance of any contract to which these Conditions apply.
